Briefing
November 15, 2007Tonight will be kept short due to time constraints and workload. I still have school work on top of this quilt that WILL NEVER GET DONE! The only thing that really drives me on this deadline is the shame of an IOU for her shower. Not cool.
So, the squares that were too small got additional sewing. Tonight they will also be pressed and cut to fit the rest. Tomorrow will be my main- and yeah, only- sewing day. The top will be pieced together, it’ll be sewn pillowcase style, and I’ll stitch instead of tie in the corners. I think I’ll be adding a sash around the outside as well, so that’ll be cut tonight. I want everything ready for crunch time tomorrow.
That’s really all the content I have tonight. I am happy though that on even these crazy nights I’ve managed to still post and keep my promise to myself that I finish nablopomo. Even if this is all I’ve got in me today, it’s enough to keep me going. In honor of that and of my quilt, I bring you another mosaic with crappy links that will be fixed later. Baby quilt bonanza.
